1. The promoter of the contest is M&M Entertainment LLC (“M&M”).

2. Employees of M&M shall not be permitted to enter the Tournament.

3. There is no entry fee nor purchase necessary to enter this Tournament. 

4. Contestants acknowledge that the compensation for participating in the Tournament is the raising of their social media profile and not monetary. Contestants are free to promote their participation in the Tournament on their social media platforms however they choose.

5. Contest begins on 10/9/2024 at 2PM PST and will end before 5PM PST (Promotion Period). After the Tournament begins there are no further entries permitted to the Tournament.

6. Legal residents in the United States of America who are 18 years or older are eligible.

7. Contestants will play 15 rounds of Knockout 52 in a semi-final match. The chip leader of each semi-final will compete in a 15-round championship match immediately after all semi-final matches are completed.

8. M&M reserves the right to cancel or amend the Tournament and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the M&M’s control. Any changes to the Tournament will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the M&M.

9. M&M is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Tournament.

10. Cheating in any way will disqualify you from winning the contest.

11. M&M’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Tournament will be final.

12. By entering this contest, Contestant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. The Tournament and these terms and conditions will be governed by United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States.

14. Contestants agree to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. 

15. Entry into the Tournament will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions by each Contestant.

17. By participating in this event, I hereby authorize M&M to use my likeness in any and all of its publications, including but not limited to printed and digital publications. I understand and agree that any video using my likeness will become property of M&M. I acknowledge that since my participation free and is voluntary. I hereby irrevocably authorize M&M to edit, alter copy, exhibit or distribute my appearance for purposes of publicizing M&M programs or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product, including written and electronic copy, wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or any other compensation arising or related to the Tournament. I understand that my participation is AT MY OWN RISK, and hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge M&M, its successors and/or assigns.

18. CONTESTANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE TOURNAMENT WILL BE FILMED, RECORDED AND BROADCAST BROADLY ON THE INTERNET, INCLUDING SOCIAL MEDIA. CONTESTANT RELEASES ALL RIGHT TITLE AND INTEREST, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMAGE AND VOICE OF CONTESTANT, TO M&M. CONTESTANT UNDERSTANDS THAT M&M IS THE EXCLUSIVE OWNER OF THE CONTENT AND MAY USE IT WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE LAW.
